All staff is at least 18 years of age. Each staff has at least 2 years experience and at least 20 hours of annual training. Each teacher is cross trained with all age groups.

Director was born in Germany and holds a BA degree from Germany in Accounting. An AA degree in Child Development from Austin Community College. Certified in Vision and Hearing Screening for children up to 8 years. Certified CPR and First Aid instructor. Notary Public. Has over 800 hours of Child Development training. Has over 12 years of classroom experience and 6 years of management experience.

Afterschool pick up and drop off is avalible. Rooms are set up for appropriate ages, activities planned around each child.
